theres no seeders, leechers, or peers...so I can't download. You seeded the other video and I'm downloading it right now and its going fast for a 1 gig file. But this one doesn't have one seeder and only 2 peers but the 2 peers are offline, please help

This says for psp only is there no program I can dowload to play these types of files on my pc?

Try VLC, K-Lite Codec pack's MPC or GOM player...coz probably this is an MP4 file...
